About Facturas Online

Facturas Online (facturasonline.lat) is a free tool for creating sales invoices, fee statements and cash receipts as PDFs, designed for freelancers, entrepreneurs and small businesses in Latin America and the Spanish-speaking world.

Our mission

To let anyone keep a professional record of a charge or a payment in under a minute, from their phone, without paying or signing up.

How it works

1. You choose the type of document: sales receipt, fee statement or cash receipt.
2. You fill in your details, the client's and the details of the charge; you can add your logo and a QR code.
3. You see the live preview and download a PDF with selectable text.

Your privacy

Everything is processed in your own browser. What you type (details, amounts and logo) is not sent to or saved on any server. See the Privacy Policy for more details.

Languages

The tool is available in Spanish, English and French.

Important

The documents generated are informational and do not replace the electronic invoice that your country's tax authority requires. If in doubt, consult an accountant.
