By using Facturas Online (facturasonline.lat) you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

2. The service

Facturas Online is a free tool for generating PDF documents, such as sales receipts, fee statements and cash receipts. Everything is processed in your browser.

3. Generated documents

The documents generated are informational and do not replace the electronic invoice or any tax document that your country's tax authority requires. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for complying with your legal and tax obligations. If in doubt, consult an accountant or a lawyer.

4. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of the site or the documents generated.

5. Ownership

The texts, design and code of the site belong to Facturas Online. The documents you generate with your own data are yours and you may use them freely.

6. Advertising and third-party links

The site may display third-party ads, such as Google AdSense, and links to other sites. We do not control or endorse their content.

7. Privacy

How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms at any time; the date of the last update appears above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
